About Imagine Appeal

This result-oriented personal training concept consists of one-to-one training, dietetics and health check-ups. With this, you achieve guaranteed results. Everyone has their own reason to look for a personal trainer. We listen to your story and analyze your situation and needs. Our team then draws up a plan together with you that matches your objectives.

I mainly guide people with diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, unwanted weight loss / underweight and lung diseases. My expertise lies with overweight / obese children and adolescents, adults with diabetes and the elderly with unwanted weight loss / underweight. You can also contact me for guidance regarding the carbohydrate-restricted diet. It gives me satisfaction to work with the client towards a suitable diet. A diet that fits the client so that they can continue in the long term and that also meets the current dietary requirements. I also work with various general practitioners, practice assistants, pharmacists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and home care organizations and I regularly give courses/workshops.

Methods

Dietitian and lifestyle coach, personal advice and guidance

You will receive personal nutritional advice from me focused on your specific eating habits. Every person is unique! The personal dietary advice is practical. In addition to giving nutritional advice, the dietician is also trained to guide and coach you with the aim of positively changing your lifestyle step by step! The dietitian is also a lifestyle coach and it is precisely this combination that makes it possible for the dietitian to guide you in a very personal and practical way, with clear advice that you can immediately apply in order to adjust your own eating and living pattern effectively.

First consultation

During the first consultation (45-60min talk time) you will be mapped with your question or medical problem. You can expect questions about your health, medical data, eating and living habits and your wishes and expectations. A customized treatment plan is made based on this. Take your proof of identification and possibly your referral letter with you for the first consultation. In addition, you will receive the additional information material to re-read the information at home or you will, for example, use a (digital) food diary.

Continue consultations

The following consultations (15-30 minutes of talk time) will evaluate how you deal with changes in your diet and lifestyle and what the effect is. In addition, handles are addressed to tackle bottlenecks and I coach you in setting new goals.
